How to use Dissolvable Film

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open package: Tear open the foil sachet carefully with clean, dry hands to take out one film strip.
2. Position film: Place the small stamp-sized strip onto your tongue, against your inner cheek, or under your upper lip.
3. Let it melt: Allow the strip to dissolve completely on its own without chewing or swallowing it whole.
4. Avoid eating or drinking: Do not eat, drink, or use acidic beverages for about 15 minutes before and during use so the nicotine absorbs properly.
