Stubtober is a campaign to encourage smokers to Go Smokefree.

Our mission is to help individuals live their lives free from the risks of terminal illness or serious disease caused by smoking. According to Cancer Research, 40% of cancers are linked to bad lifestyle choices, and we aim to change this by promoting a smokefree world.

Our vision is simple yet powerful: we want to help turn the world smokefree.

Going smokefree is 90% less harmful with the likes of nicotine pouches or nicotine Perlz, and significantly reduces the burden on healthcare systems.
If everyone went smokefree tomorrow according to ASH, we could free up 1,000,000 GP appointments in the UK each year.

This would also save the NHS billions of pounds in direct and indirect costs.

The World Health Organization considers the tobacco epidemic to be one of the biggest public health threats the world has ever faced, killing more than 8 million people worldwide.

Challenge Director

Cal brings a personal touch to the campaign, having gone smokefree after many failed attempts.

His experience taught him that going smokefree or vapefree is a step-by-step process rather than a single event.

He shares his insights and understanding through his two series of books designed to help others achieve lasting change.

Cal’s philosophy focuses on tackling the psychological mental obsession, which he says, in his opinion, is 80% of the challenge.
