According to research, if you can manage to go 28 days without smoking or vaping, you are statistically five times more likely to quit permanently and Go Smokefree or Vapefree. Your chances increase even further if you read or listen to our FREE smokefree series or vapefree series of books.
Going smokefree means that you still get your nicotine, but in a 90% less harmful way with the likes of nicotine pouches or nicotine Perlz.
I’m not talking about nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), gum and patches etc, that’s a medicine that is prescribed to people who want to get off nicotine altogether and it has been about for decades opposed to the new, fresh and fashionable alternatives innovated recently in Scandinavia.
Incidentally, at this moment we await evidence about the harms of vaping, but in the meantime please remember my rule of thumb; never inhale anything stronger than oxygen into your lungs!

The crucial period is considered to be the first 28 days after quitting completely, where overcoming the behavioural patterns is key to long-term abstinence
Research suggests that by making it through this 28 day period, your chances of quitting permanently are 5 times higher compared to shorter attempts
The rationale behind this statistic is that within 28 days, you can start to break the subconscious habits and triggers that often lead to relapse

Performance, Power, and Pure Freedom
Hi, I’m Cal, the Challenge Director
Stubtober.com is a campaign to encourage smokers to Go Smokefree.
My motivation is deeply personal because my father passed away young, from emphysema, due to a lifetime of smoking, and I don’t want that to happen to anyone else; I wish he had access to alternative sources for nicotine, and this drives my commitment to Stubtober.
Our mission at Stubtober is to help people live without the fear of terminal illness or serious disease caused by smoking. With 40% of cancers linked to bad lifestyle choices, according to Cancer Research, it’s time for this to change.
We aim to educate smokers on the dangers of continuing to smoke when there are several other less harmful options to get a nicotine fix. Smokers have been tricked by a sophisticated trap set by the tobacco industry and we want to help them escape and taste freedom.
By listening to our books and engaging with our resources, smokers can change their thinking towards cigarettes and ultimately embrace a smokefree life.
Together, we envision a world where everyone can still enjoy nicotine but in a smokefree environment, and support a global movement towards a smokefree world.
